In this painting the warm colors of fuchsia, orange and yellow make me want to go and leave. What matters to me in these abandoned parking is that color and gestures are always harmonious, and that’s why I use strong colors and simplify the perspective lines, just to maximize the emotional impact that I want to convey. The balance of the lines, for me, has not only a meaning of well-constructed painting but also of the search for stability within these non-places.
Inside the wake of Monday it’s always helpful to have new horizons in the corner of my eye!
Happy monday and good week to all
