When I started this work I was armed with my spatula and with the Prussian blue, such doughy as I needed. While I’m painting, sometimes I don’t think directly about the picture from which I start, because I realize that looking at the picture is not enough. I need to enter in the artwork, in order to make it alive. I love painting the mountain because the mountain dictates the rhythm and the intensity of life that I try to bring in the canvas.
Happy Monday and Good Week to Everyone!
