While I was painting this Nocturnal Cathedral first I covered the canvas with the Prussian Blue, then I used oil pastels, with strong and deterined signs, trying to bring out the brightness of the buildings. With the Cadmium Yellow I gave a brighter light, like a beacon in the night, enlighting the entire city. On the left of the Virgin Mary you can see the Velasca Tower. During the dark night there’s always a bright spot that watches and keeps the city.
I hope that alla of you had an Happy Easter, and happy Eastee Monday to everyone!
