In this paintingabout the Irish cliffs of Moher I have confined to the right side the rocks that stand out on the ocean and I gave space to the colors of the water that gradation on gradation gives life and depth to the work. The cliff in the background, however, is nothing but a touch of wide spatulate of green above the blue, and nearby a tip of thicker white, which gives light to the waves. This second cliff in the background struck me, it was a passage of a moment, in which after a few touches of spatula I realized that it was there. There is an aspect of infinity-finite within the things in which my research wants to go deeper and deeper.
Happy monday and good week
