This Monday I present you a 2016 paper, depicting a green stretch of Irieland overlooking the ocean. To create movement in the expanse and bring out the shine of the green lawn I used tempera and oil pastels.
The transparency of the water finds its maximum point in the central part of the work, where it appears as a breath of wind. I titled this opera “Melancholy” because it speaks of a beautiful memory, and a lived moment that was not in vain.
Happy monday and good start to all week!
