Monday 6th March 2017 – Sant’Ambrogio

I went back to painting the cathedral of Sant’Ambrogio and it really missed me! It’ s a symbol of Milan and its facade surprises me every time.
The moment before starting a painting is crucial: I must be ready to intervene, with the right instruments and the right movements, in order to paint in the best way the subject. Every step, working, if well done, bears fruit.
