Before the rain, in these October’s days, we saw some really spectacular skies, even for the surreal climate that accompanied them. I could not resist looking at them and making them “work objects”. “I start from home” is a work of 2011 that reminds me “Autumn is just arrived”. In this picture I go by car out of the block of flats where my parents live, in Rimini. In front of me there are I see some bare trees that rise into the sky. I like this relationship between the thin intertwined branches and the broader horizon of the sky.
