Monday 19th March 2018 – Snow-capped Alps

There are moments so impressive that I feel the need not to lose them. The whole route of the Bernina Red Train in the middle of the snow-capped Alps of the Engadine is one of those moments. Monday 26th February 2018 – Crossing

The journey of the Bernina Red Train goes on, crossing the snow towards Sankt Moritz. I like jumping from a subject like Ireland to the mountains, for me it’s an interesting challenge: what I look for in every subject is a direction, as in this painting with a great vertical impact.
