Cliffs is a work about the Irish cliffs. I have tried to represent the amazing show of the cliffs lashed by the waves. I wanted to point out the colors of the foam, and mostly the movement of the waves. The dynamism comes from the direction of the sky (to the rocks) and from the opposite way of the foam. The wilderness’s strength is fascinating and frightening. Happy monday and good week to all
This artwork represent a view of the Cliffs of Moher, on the west coast of Ireland. I love the picture of the cliffs overlooking the Ocean, because it gives the sense of disproportion between me and the magnitude of the cliffs that are broken by waves and light. I feel the life flowing in these greens, and within the contrasts of the cliffs I find a light that grabs me. Happy monday and good week!
This recent Irish artwork is a view of the imposing Cliffs of Moher from Galway. The wind dominates the scene of the painting: everything is swept away like an hurricane, and the greens in the speed become almost transparent and mixed with the intense colors of the ocean. The cliff, central, gives balance to the work. I love painting these totally natural landscapes, giving me a sense of infinite and deep peace.
