Monday 5th November 2018 – Glacier

In this painting I portrayed the dawn on the Coolidge glacier, on the Monviso; I did this work starting from a photo that I cut out from the magazine Montagne, which has made a special right on the glaciers, with beautiful photos. Monday 11th September 2017 – Glacier

When I started this work I was armed with my spatula and with the Prussian blue, such doughy as I needed. While I’m painting, sometimes I don’t think directly about the picture from which I start, because I realize that looking at the picture is not enough.
