After the series of triptychs on paper about the Central Station of Milan, presented at the OPEN SPACE exhibition, I felt the need to make a unique work. In this painting I am inside the train, and this is the moment before it enters the gallery of Milan Central Station. The rails are in the foreground and I chose to use only the monochrome shades of blue to enhance the wait to enter the gallery, the final stage of the return journey.
